How do I join?
Just create an account. Your first 50 points land straight away. If you've already ordered from us before, log into that same account — we'll credit the points you would have earned on past orders where possible.
When do my points appear?
Order points appear as soon as your order ships. Signup, review, birthday, and Instagram-follow points appear within a few minutes. Referral points appear when your friend's first order ships.
Do points expire?
No. Your points sit in your account for as long as you have one, ready when you need them.
How do I redeem?
Open the Rewards panel (bottom corner of any page when you're logged in). Pick the reward you want — a discount code appears. Paste it at checkout.
Can I combine rewards with a sale?
Yes. Loyalty rewards stack with sale prices and standard discount codes. They don't combine with other loyalty rewards though — one per order.
How does the referral work?
You'll get a unique link to share. Anyone who orders through your link gets £5 off their first order, and once their order ships you get 200 points. There's no limit — refer as many friends as you like.
I forgot to log in — can I still get points?
Yes. Email contact@roveraselections.com with your order number and we'll credit the points manually.
What if I return an item?
The points earned on the returned portion of the order are removed from your balance when we process the refund. Points redeemed at checkout are returned as a discount code.
