Jesmonite is a water-based composite that gives us the weight and matte finish of stone with none of concrete's brittleness. Every marble-effect coaster, tray, and cement piece is cast from it by hand. Small variations in pigment and grain are what make each set unique — never quite the same twice.

Yes. We print in premium PLA — a plant-based filament — at higher wall counts and infill than most hobby printers, so pieces feel solid rather than hollow. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat above 50°C (a hot car window, a radiator, a dishwasher) and they'll stay sculptural for years.

Jesmonite: wipe with a soft dry cloth; a damp cloth for spills. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and abrasive cleaners.
PLA: wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Don't put in the dishwasher, don't leave in direct sun or a hot car.
Both: ceramic sealant is applied at the studio, but re-seal every year or two if pieces live near a sink or steam.

Our Jesmonite coasters and trays are sealed to be water-resistant (fine for a wet glass, a puddle of water) but not fully waterproof — don't soak them. Nothing is dishwasher-safe. None of our pieces are certified food-contact-safe, so please use a plate or paper liner if serving food directly.

In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Made-to-order colourways add 3–5 studio days before shipping. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

UK: free on orders over £20, otherwise £3.95 Tracked 48. Europe and US: calculated at checkout by weight — usually £8–£18 depending on destination. Duties and taxes outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.

Email us within 7 days with a photo of the piece and the packaging — we'll replace it or refund, no back-and-forth. We wrap in recyclable materials and haven't had many break, but it happens.

30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Pieces must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Made-to-order colourways, custom sizes, and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is damaged.

Yes. Minimum 20 pieces for wholesale, 15 for wedding favours or event sets. We offer trade pricing and can print/pour in a custom colourway to match your brand or theme. Email us at least 4 weeks before you need them.

Every order ships in kraft packaging with a hand-written note if you want one — just add it in the cart notes at checkout. Full gift-wrapping (twine, seal, tissue) is available at checkout for £2.50 per item.

PLA is plant-based and biodegradable in industrial composting. Jesmonite is water-based and low-VOC. We print and pour in small batches to avoid overproduction, and every package is recyclable — no plastic mailers, no printed tape, no filler foam.
